One Venue for the Events a Plant Holds Every Year
A manufacturing company's year has a rhythm that an office's does not. There is the annual day and the family day. There are long-service awards and retirements. There is Vishwakarma Puja in September and safety week in March, a Diwali gathering, and at least one evening a year when dealers or vendors are hosted properly.

The event itself is rarely what goes wrong at a company function. Arrival and departure are. Several hundred people who finish a shift, go home, collect their families and travel to a venue do not arrive together, and they do not all have a car.
Three decisions settle most of it. Decide early whether the company is running buses from Mandideep, and from which points, because that sets the real start time.
